  As a publisher of toys and games, you have various responsibilities under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) to ensure children’s products meet the requirements of the CPSIA. Testing and certification of children's products are essential to the compliance process. A proper periodic testing plan will ensure with a high degree of assurance that children's products manufactured after the issuance of a Children's Product Certificate, or since the previous periodic testing was conducted, continue to comply with all applicable children’s product safety rules.
